My title is technical services engineer. My duties include supporting hospital staff as they call in with questions and/or problems, helping build and configure systems, and programming change order requests for the software

Wow, Stanford just implemented the Epic system last April/May (I assume its the same as your company?) Its a pretty sweet system, but of course the older nurses are having a hard time with it, even 6 months and many training systems later..
Hopefully there will be an Annual Troll Festival you can attend. Imagine the photo ops...
